This is my final
piece i have made for one of my units of work in textiles.
I have made
individual samples from materials such as melted plastics, organza, homemade
felt, polyester, newspaper etc.Each sample has been inspired by an artist of my choice and is heavily stitched onto to give texture.
I have arranged each of my samples to create a dress, i have used many may layers of melted plastics to make the base of the dress and i think it looks like lacing and is delicate.
Also i have used wire to hold the structure and then glued my samples on.
